I offer pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support. I can reassure you, help prepare you for labour, so you have the tools, knowledge, and mindset to birth your baby feeling strong, capable, and informed.
I have the experience to teach you emotional coping skills that will help you on this next chapter to help navigate the early days as a new or growing family.
My Packages
I have three main packages which all offer in-person visits plus virtual support. I am happy to discuss additional or bespoke packages if your needs are different.
Antenatal
Full preparation for your babies birth and the antenatal period beforehand. Aimed to support you throughout your pregnancy leading up to birth.

A support package primarily for after your baby is born, focusing on postnatal recovery and adjusting to life with your newborn baby.
