I have three main packages which all offer in-person visits plus virtual support. I am happy to discuss additional or bespoke packages if your needs are different.
Antenatal Package
Full preparation for your babies birth and the antenatal period. Support throughout your pregnancy leading up to birth. The package includes 4 x 2hr home visits plus a 2hr postnatal home visit.
Each session can be led by you but we will cover the following:
Debriefing previous birth experiences and feelings (if any).
Feeding choices, preferences, and knowledge.
Birth Preferences - writing a birth plan.
Being prepared and how to cope if things don’t go to your plan.
Exploring the variations of normal in birth.
Personal wishes and beliefs relating to birth.
Pain Management - (discussing your options).
Emotional regulation techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Feeding-options.
The third stage of labour.
Postnatal care plan.
PLUS WhatApp support between appointments.
Answering any questions you have in regards to pregnancy, birth & the fourth trimester.

Postnatal Package
Support primarily after your baby is born, focusing on postnatal recovery and adjusting to life with your newborn. The package includes 3 x 3hr home visits plus check-ins until your baby is 12 weeks.
Each session can be led by you but we will cover the following:
Working alongside other postnatal services.
Emotional support.
Learning how to understand baby's cues.
A friendly face and support for you around midwife appointments come to a close.
Folding washing, light cleaning, vacuuming.
Feeding support.
Birth debrief (if you wish).
Help with newborn so you can sleep/bathe/rest.
Help with siblings (at home) while you feed or rest.
Bathing and soothing tips.
A comforting support to listen, hold space, validate you with whatever comes up.
PLUS WhatApp support between appointments.
I’m open to your needs and requirements and slot in where you need.

Birth+ Package
This package includes the antenatal and postnatal packages above plus I will attend your birth, offering full support and peace of mind.
This full Birth+ Package includes :
The Antenatal Package (4 x 2hr home visits).
The Postnatal Package (3 x 3hr home visits).
WhatsApp support and check-ins until your baby is 12 weeks.
I’ll be on-call 10 days before your due date until you give birth.
I’ll attend your birth to support you physically and emotionally.
Discuss any previous birth and personal experiences.
Advocate if needed for your wishes as described in your birth plan.
Maintain calmness via tools and techniques practised beforehand.
PLUS WhatApp support between appointments.
Stay with you after your birth to ensure you are settled and comfortable.

A 3hr home visit, from birth up to 12 weeks. Can be in Isolation or can be added to another package. Can include;
